Great Video, Guess i'll go out and make some of my personal pizza myself. What kinda cheese melts best on pizza in the oven or grill? i personally only tried mozerilla it gives a nice taste when it's golden brown, how the other cheese like cheddar or provlone or harvaritti when it's semi burnt?

Any type of cheese you'd use on a pizza works. Some of my favorites include pepper jack, jarlsberg and even goat cheese (tho it doesn't melt - just softens). Let us know what you try and how it turns out.

PS - The cheese will simply melt - not brown when cooked on the grill.
