This is a email I received from Mushkin today after an inquiry I had made about the possible purchase of the Copperhead Memory. I hope this helps.
"Copperhead was actually a project we undertook a bit over a year ago and was very limited in production. At present, we aren't planning to release it as we are working on a few other things that might fell this niche. Keep an eye on the website and we'll definitely update it when/if we relaunch Copperhead or something similar."
