Coyote, this is true. It was because of this very thing that Blizzard changed the way mend pet works. They made it so that all spell power is nil for hunters. NOTHING benefits from SP anymore.

I heard that healing power doesn't increase Mend Pet anymore... I hope this isn't true I just hit 80 on my huntard just to solo big things like this
