  • Thank you so much for your videos! I'm working with different recruiters to help me find the right school for me. I've read horror stories, and worried about being alone in a small town in Korea. I've turned down two offers because of this, and yours and others videos have assured me that this will be an great adventure! Thanks for the wonderful tips!

And what school do you teach at?

  • @Lnngo88 Thank you so much for taking the time out to watch my videos. I wish you much success in the future. I taught at Yeoju Elementary :)

  • This was awesome - somehow I got a link to your video from one of the many videos about that UCLA Blonde bimbo Alex Wallace...anyway it is awesome that we have people like you representing the USA in other countries then these bimbos like the UCLA chick. I give you big time props for what must have been hard work to go half way around the world and really immerse yourself into another culture.

How old were you when you first knew you wanted to do this?

  • @rasalghul5555 Thank you. I wasn't sure what you were referring to at first so I did finish watching the video posted by the UCLA chick and it is sad to admit there are still ignorant people roaming the Earth. I honestly never considered teaching overseas at a young age but since about elementary I have wanted to travel the world and live in different countries.

  • Did you get Skype before or after you went to S. Korea?

  • @GuariadelBosque I actually did not skype for the first time until after I arrived in Korea :)

  • how were you able to go to south korea in the middle of the semester? my recruiters are telling me that it's impossible to land a public school job by the end of april, when I really want to go. I can't wait until september!

also love your videos! I teach in Tokyo now and have gone through similar culture shock issues! :)

  • @prissy232 Thank you :D Girl folks like us have to be ok with being unique...lol...cause it won't ever make sense to most of those watching us. You will definitely be exactly who you were created to be and you will be given all you need to get there. Wishing you all of the best!!!

  • whoa, love your personality. your like me. sometimes I do outrageous or impossible things because I know if I have a great goal in mind and keep plowing through towards it, even if people don't understand it at time or it appears WTH lol, I know i will have the strenght, courage and hope to reach my goal. And I'll be given everything i need in due time to become the best I can be.
