  • @BodyPerformanceTV steve if you lose 50 pounds of fat on a low carb diet did you also lose 50 pounds of muscle, You said on one of your blog radio shows that the ratio of fat to muscle lost on a low carb diet is 1:1 so could you clarify this more for me?

    Because P90x is a LOT MORE intense than this. I did p90x for 4 months and it was without a doubt one of the hardest things I have ever done. I have since joined the gym and tend to stick to low reps with longer breaks. P90x will get you into great shape though provided that you give it your all. Unless your in great shape the workouts will leave you very sore and in a pool of sweat as long as you try your best to keep up.

  • it means do all the exercises without rest, then after you do the crunches. rest, and repeat 2-4 more times

  • sorry new to this - in terms of 3-5 circuits - does this mean each time we do these exercises, we repeat the circuit 3-5 times (ie per day??)
