I haved lived in cb all my life and I don't plan on moving for a while because council bluffs isn't to big but it isn't to small it's perfect

I remember how this looked 17 years ago and now it is so beautiful. I may come visit my mom just to see the fountain. They did a wonderful job.

im glad they fixed up the park it was getting pretty run down. i remember at one time the fountain didn't work for like a year

Good video! I love council bluffs! I see that fountain every week, the sculpture next to the fountain is amazing. Some people dont get the point. Its art, its supposed to make you think about the stars, and space.
