I'm not being negative at all, it is strong, and he's clearly demonstrating good control, however I always touch my chest, whatever weight it is I am attempting.
As for the partial rep stuff, I do partials on any weight which I can knock out about 12 - 15 reps on.

This is terrible. This guy is 'short-dogging' like crazy. You have to get full extension on your lifts, or it doesn't count, period. People trying to justify this wrong, terrible form is just laughable. Lift correctly. If you can't do a particular weight correctly, then lower the weight until you can. If not, you're just wasting your time....

Half reps are more harder to do then full reps ,well i find that anyway, i never go all the way down any more as it irritates my shoulders.

i could give about 10 great reasons as to why he actually has good form but all those "FULL ROM" idiots out there wouldn't even be able to comprehend it.

good work, constant stress on the upper pecs, going lower or locking out won't put more pressure on the muscles you are targeting, so its effective. Its also effective at saving your shoulders, everyone needs to quit bitching and moaning

why can't people just do exercises properly. Then they use excuses to justify incorrect ROM.
