I came here because I love Les Mis and I have for more than 20 years. If you love this song then consider buying the CD, the whole show is a wonder.

God's gift of Susan Boyle brought me here and introduced me to Les Mis and "I Deamed a Dream" because I was a snob and thought it was probably British musical schlock but after all these years I seem to have been totally mistaken.
I love this performance. It's imperfections are still lovely because of a lovely song and singer.

wow her voice is so much like I invisioned Fantines. Soft and delicate and when it gets loud and beltish it sounds very easy (like not stretching to hit the notes)and I LOVE how she seemed like she was on the verge of tears. Just amazing.
