This is a very cool video, Sensei! Its interesting to see the details of the no spin method.

I was amazed at the "bullet" technique. I'm guessing the rotation helps maintain the parabola over longer distances. Or, is it to create a devastating entrance wound?

Thanks Ernie.
When I give spin such as a bullet a form of the tip which seems to be Shuriken is good.
When a tip of a form of knife spins, it is hard to stick.
On the other hand, your opinion is correct, too.
It create a devastating entrance wound. In case of if target is human body.

3:34 is quarter spin throw which "turns to reverse"=Reverse quarter spin throw.
This is very odd technique.
However, effective distance is from 20 feet.
Next same video is slightly good picture quality than this video.
