Not only do these forces still control the west bank, but they also have created a seige around Gaza for the past 2 years, resulting in a 70% of people in Gaza being under the line pr poverty, more than 50% unemployeed and most recently 85% dependant on aid.

Not to mention that during the past 2 years, Isreal has not stopped attacking Palestinians killings civilians that number up to more than 120.

And do not get me started in the human shields which Isreal is famous of using!!

Please make sure you read the rest of my previous comment I mistakenly placed bellow.
Blaming Israel for the demographic and economical situation is Gaza is ridiculous. You cant expect satisfactory economical characteristics among a rural population where the birth rates are enormous (about ten kids in each family) and the where the rate of corruption is one of the worst in the world (according to UN reports).

Keep in mind that much of international aid intended to support the people of Gaza never makes it to the common Palestinian since the Hamas (and in the past the Fatah) senior members distribute the finances according to their own interests. Regarding the so called siege the Palestinians elected a terrorist organization (according to EU definitions, not only mine) as their leading party. Hamas vowed for the destruction of Israel and did all it could to achive this goal

(including hundreds of bombings since year 2000). Israel, as a result blocked the crossings, preventing the Palestinians from entering Israel. By the way, poverty didnt stop Hamas from attacking the crossings and crossing workers using mortar shels and suicide bombers in some cases. Sorry, but the Palestinians should take responsibility for there decisions.

120 civilians killed is unfortunate, but this is still less than those killed by their own people.
Did you know that Hamas militants killed more than 40 Fatah members within the past week? Whats even more amazing was their spokesman, claiming than ..we only killed those who expressed approval of the Israeli incursion... thats an interesting argument Id say.
Im really interested in what you mean by Israel is famous of using. Please feel free to share the information youve got.
