Hi, I will be doing incognitobraces too....I'm a bit concerned about the elastics. Do all cases of incognito braces have to be with elastics? And how long do you have to wear them for?

I've had Incognito braces on since last July; at the beginning I was a little concerned about possible problems.
After a few days I got completely used to them, with full flexibility of speaking, eating, drinking, smiling, etc.
If I were you, I would go straight for Incognito.
With Incognito you don't have the inconvenience of removing anything before eating or drinking.
If you had Invisalign and a friend offered you a coffee or a chocolate, you'd have to say "no thanks"
