@iamMrfriend29 took it to Sprint and had them clear it, within a month the phone started doing the same stuff all over again.....wont be eligible for an upgrade until this Christmas
really wish I waited for the EVO

JUST IN CASE YOU WANTED TO BUY THIS!
HAVE HAD THIS PHONE FOR 1 YEAR
My Issues:
-very slow response to touch
-takes 5+ (Sometimes 10+) minutes to start the damn thing
-refuses to operate the android market...so I cannot uninstall/get apps
-network bugs out and have to enable airplane mode and then turn it off to get it to work- sometimes the phone wont switch back so I have to restart it
-touch screen will stop responding and sit there until it goes back into standby (this happens frequently)
