So what do you do when a Muay Thai Bag has outlived it's usefulness, do you throw it away? Heck No!

Here are a few partner exercises you can do with it to extend it's life.

First warm up: we used a mace ( 28lbs.) for that.

Next is the list of exercises as performed by Brett and Shawn with a Thai Bag (189lbs.)

1. Deadlifting
2. Shoulder to Shoulder Presses
3. Swings
4. Overhead Triceps Presses
5. Hook Rotations
6. Dynamic Push Offs
7. Side Bends/Knee Ups
8. Arm Curls
9. Sit Ups
10. Chest Presses/Pull Overs

So get yourselves an old Thai Bag and a partner in crime and start working out, and use these exercises or get creative and come up with your own.

And above all have fun doing it!

  • how does a heavy bag out live it's usefulness?

  • @sk8forlife90

When it starts to weaken where it gets kicked or starts to wear and tear, or when a strap starts to tear or break off.
