...and for a bit of solidarity with Oz ('cos the place really got under my skin)... they have some brilliant comedy themselves, particularly the ABC's Wilfred which is about nothing more than a girl, her boyfriend and her dog... go look it up, it's inspired and makes me wish I had a multiregion DVD player or I'd order a copy from the ABC shop myself... maybe I should just do it and play it on the 'puter... and, fark, is anyone actually reading this? I should say I'm not pissed, just woken up.

I knew there was something intanglible I missed about England when I wasn't here... and you may have helped put a finger on it... no, not flossing 'cos they do that in Oz too... maybe it's our particularly bizarre brand of humour, even there we were always watching The Young Ones and Spaced etc (and let's not forget M&W's Numberwang which is arguably one of the most inspired things to come out of Britain in the last decade)... and I'm gonna stop rambling and using the full stop key before... dam
