  • In my opinion, (1) this isn't really a cheesecake at all. It is more like a cheese pudding. (2) The "chef" (if you can really call him that) built no volume to that "whipped" cream. He said it needed to get to soft or medium peaks, but the product was still in a liquid stage. (3) There was no need to "fold" a whipped cream that never got enough volume. Could someone make sense of what is going on here?

  • That really looks good. My fiance makes a pumpkin cheese cake that is really smooth and not too rich and really delicious can you possibly make that on your next video. Thanks.

  • He left out the last step! Shown last is the gaheta with some kind of topping on it. I wonder what it was? Some other ingredient we can't find in a local store?

  • 8 oz of cream cheese, 8oz of sour cream, 1 tsp of vanilla. Mix it all together. Put in into a pie pan full of grahm crackers. Put it in the fridge. Pull it out in like 3 hours, put on fruit topping of choice.

Sorry, but you make making a cheesecake sound like rocket science. I can make one in like 2 minutes.

  • gaheta !

  • hahaha monkey see videos

  • halaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh

  • '..and we'll do a fancy thing called folding.' I did not know that was that fancy :P

  • i know, he is a bit formal, isn't he? haha oh, and don't forget to wearr your non-skid shoes in the kitchen!
