...Well, that wasn't ATROCIOUS. But you could really do with more timing. There should be at least a silence at the end of the intro, and you need to play with the volume option on your tracks--your main melody is just getting buried under the "bass" line (which needs some adjustments itself, it makes sour notes at about 18-19 seconds in).
And your title is slightly incorrect, this would be a remix of Ship Deck/Klomp's Romp from DKC2, not K. Rool's theme/Gangplank Galleon from DKC.

Sorry for not responding sooner.
To record songs from WarioWare DIY (or any DS game) you will need a male-to-male audio jack. I got a decent one for about $6 at Walmart, but you can get them cheaper. Once you have one, just plug one end of the jack into you DS, and the other to the Mic port on your PC.
Use recording software like Audacity to record the the speaker output of your DS. And thats it!
