@MrNappi61 : I actually seen Willie play other Martin guitars after he got Trigger but he doesn't play them as often as he does Trigger .

they threw away the mold after they made Willie--ain't been anyone before or after him that has his musical talent...not saying there aren't other talented people---just that Willie Nelson is SOO VERY UNIQUE...HE MARCHES TO THAT FAMOUS BEAT OF THE DIFFERENT DRUMMER AND WOW WOW WOW ---ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL

@meritz59 Willie bought that guitar new...I think in 1969 sight unsee it's a martin N-20 classical guitar. I saw it up close once and it was signed right by the sound hole by Ray Benson front man for Asleep at the Wheel one of my favorite bands....anyway I guess he had many differant guitars but when he got his first martin it became his last and he never plays anything else.

I love this video... when People ask me who are my favorite guitarist Willie is ALWAYS on my list... and people give me a blank confused stare... I will just let this video do my explaining from now on. I also love the story of how this song was written..but that's a story for another day
