Included are random clips from the $6MM Man double episode titled The Thunderbird Connection. My friend John Lapointe was Thunderbird 2 during 76 -77 and I have long searched for a copy of this because of his presence in the video. Thanks for your help EOY! This clip is just a compilation of the scenes including John and the rest of the crew. It looks like three of the five are original crew members, as Steve Austin "covertly" slips into #3 (70's haircut and all). I know Jinx and Fig are the real deal for sure. For years, as a hobby, John served as the military liaison/consultant for the Phoenix 500 Air Races and Cox Communications Air & Motor Spectacular held at Williams Gateway Airport, in Mesa, Arizona.
