Yassir Alfilkawi--Surah Al Anfaal Verses 40-52

One of my favorites. I have hardly heard of him though. All I know about him is that he is an Imam/Sheik also at Masjid al Kabir in Kuwait. I heard a few of his recitations...a couple of surahs, and this video. Can anyone give us some info on him? Anyone?

As a practicing Vajrayana Buddhist, this is a truly beautiful recitation and gave me goosebumps! He truly has a voice beyond our human existence. Where can I purchase a CD recording of Yassir ALFILKAWI? Thank you for posting this video.

@soloflexbod You should check out more of the recitations by the various reciters. The goosebumps, butterflies in my stomach and heart pounding is one of the reasons i LOVE listening to Quran. But you should be able to find him online or ask for him at the local islamic store in your area.
