  • Whether it's willful ignorance or just ignorance, I don't know, but it seems Rebecca has a blind spot on "what powers are retained to the people in the states" and what constitutional powers belong to the federal government.

The constitution IS the supreme law of the United States. The question is how long will congress, the senate, the supreme court, and the president ignore what Judge Napolitano clearly pointed out (3:37 - 3:47). Rebecca you need to "study" these 10 seconds--over and over

  • God bless the judge. At least there's one person on tv that gives a damn about the Constitution.

  • fox news in a bar.......keep the people stupid hang out in the bar

fox news is saying stay drunk and stupid

and get back to your day job

we have a war to fight and we need money

  • Shes a typical low IQ "repeater" media robot

Unfortunately 95 % of Americans and people from other countries on this planet are exactly the same

Brain dead, ignorant arrogant slaves who "think" they are "free"

The price of liberty is eternal vigilance

Today most people are programmed TV addicted zombies

As Huxley said ,they will learn to love their servitude, even demand it

FREEDOM or submit to a fascist world order

America & the world is hypnotised, yet so many are oblivious

    WAKE UP

  • What the nitwit in Fox was trying to ask (except in a convoluted way) is: if Congress already passed all these laws that are not authorized by the Constitution, isn't the Constitution dead letter? If she had made that question, it would have been a very honest and spot on question. But she wanted to ask it in a way that would JUSTIFY such violations, because saying on TV that the Constitution is dead is not P.C.

  • Yes, its good that they canbe further away from the mega corps. But still they can exsert massive state influence if they are a big employer.

Anyway, the world is mcuh smaller now that it was in the 1700s and America has far more people not sure exactly how that would work out today, probably for the worse

  • @ulakes They have been since the founding of our country unfortunately. At first it was because they wanted more power to keep the country together. The alien and sedition act, Madison founding the First Bank of The United States, to make funding the War of 1812 easier. After that the reasons became for power, personal gain, to enact illegal bills to help them get re-elected. That's pretty much the point were at now. Although I'm beginning to think that these people just want power.

  • The US govt can't run a bubble gum factory

    1) social security not a dime is in the till

    2) all trust funds bare as mother hubard's cupboards

you name it it s a hambles including the

    military and space program .

most Americans do not understand the truth social security is going to fail soon

The reason being that the fund has no money in it nd they are now faced with printing money to gurnish money for it

which means they are eating it away with inflation.

  • Judge isn't saying don't make rules on certain things- he's merely stating that those powers are left to the states. And left to the states they should be! It's much better to pass laws locally, for the specific wants of people, and much further removed from giant corporations and interests.

  • I wish she would talk a little bit less.

Do we really need History 101 again?

    Let the judge talk already.

  • Ty Dan. It boggles my mind how politicians never hesitate to invent excuses for what they do in Washington lol.
