Wasn't expecting the rotors being changed too. Awesome video. Quick, effective, and got all major points in without a 30--minute video! Thank you!

That was REALLY good lol eventhough you propper sounded like a murderer in the introduction lol thanks alot man

thank u dude u save my life

lol love the little touch at the end "save yourself hundreds of dollars", enough incentive for me to do it myself, thanks

Just loosen the top bolt that hold the caliper in place and remove the bottom bolt and the caliper will flip up and then you can slide the old pads off and the new ones slide right in. Then compress the cylinders with a special tool made for that or a c clamp will do. That saves a lot of unecessary work and simplifies the whole process. It takes about 5 mintues to perform when you do not drop the whole caliper assembly.

do u need to do the bleed thing everytime you change the pads?

Nice man! I just did brakes on my car a while back and filmed it and was going to create a tutorial and slap it up on youtube, but I see you've already done it!
Props!
forgot to bleed the brakes.

I didn't. As I've said below: "Bleeding brakes deserves its own video so I left it out. But if you leave all ends of the fluid system closed it'll stay clean."

i have a question! great job on showing me this thank you very much,,, when i use the c-clamp to push the piston could i just take the caliper off and push the piston or do i have to push the piston when the pads still on? and i would recomend you to open the bleeder everytime you push the piston because dirt could go back to the master cylinder giving some other problems just a tip ;)

Thank you!
If you can take the caliper off without clamping, then it doesn't really matter. There's usually too little clearance between the pads and the rotor to get the caliper off easily and clamping solves this issue. If you clamp later with the caliper off just make sure you have the old pad or a block of wood over the piston so it compresses straight in.
Bleeding brakes deserves its own video so I left it out. But if you leave all ends of the fluid system closed it'll stay clean.

if i hadn't of watched this i never would have known about the oil on the rotor.
i had been asking around on how to do this, but no 1 ever mentioned the oil.
