The Economy & Energy - No Offshore Drilling?

Multiple clips. The call for a vote on opening drilling options was bi-partisan, and desired by most Americans. Speaker Pelosi simply refused to allow it to be considered. George Stephanopoulos, also a Democrat, asks her the right questions about this. It concerns me that this issue has left the forefront of our thinking on politics right now, because this sort of progress blockage (I'm challenging the method, specifically) may be much easier is Senator Obama holds the Presidential pen. It won't matter if there are good reasons and arguments to be made for something, no matter who supports them - their own party, their own country... They just may not even be heard.
