How to save the JUMP START DATA:
In the Main Menu Select Options Then Select "Save The Jump Start Data" (it will take like 8-10 minutes so make sure your psp is charged.

how to use/install the jump start feature?

mines say "there is no install data saved on the Memory stick . The jump start function will be disabled"
