This video was submitted for the ability foundation international film festival in the theme 'oppurtunities for the diabled'. This video film shows people with special needs (dyslexic, autism etc) who have been trained to cut vegetables by RASA , an NGO working for children with special needs. They now work for eFarm, a social enterprise based in Chennai. The video first shows close-ups of the people , where audience sees only the abilities and everything looks normal. In later part of video, as the people introduce themselves, the audience is made aware of the subtle disabilities in each. The director brings up the point that one needs to look at the glass as half full and see what the disabled CAN do rather than observe their shortfalls. No one is perfect in this world - if we can all realise that, then we can even do away with the barriers of 'disability'.
