  • Why does it have two triggers?

  • @fork1964 - it is a double set trigger. Once hammer is cocked, squeezing the rear trigger "sets" the front trigger. The front trigger is very light, maybe 1/4-1/2 pound. Or you can simply cock the hammer and only use the front trigger, but without setting the rear trigger, the front trigger would have about a 5lb pull.

  • How long did this kit take you to complete?

  • @shadysideguy123 - Sure was a while ago. I'd guess 20-30 hours over a period of a month or two.

  • Nice shooting, would you recommend this kit?

  • @shadysideguy123 - It is a good affordable first kit. I would recommend it. Much better than buying a high end kit with no experience and screwing up. It shoots great and I love the double set trigger. However if you have a few muzzleloader kits under your belt, I would recommend something a bit higher quality.
