How To Make MEATLOAF SANDWICH!

Here's how to make meatloaf sandwich!
For my SuperBowl Meaty Meatloaf Sandwich, this is what you're gonna need...
1 pound Ground Beef
1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tbs, Fresh Parsley
1/3 Cup Bread Crumbs (I used Panko for a extra texture!)
2 Eggs, whisked
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
2 Tbs. Ketchup inside meatloaf plus 3 Tbs on top (Heinz for the Steelers!)
1/2 Onion, grated
8-10 Slices of Bread
Butter, Mayo or Cheese for a tasty topper!

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and line your meatloaf pan or baking sheet with foil, easy clean-up!
Next just add all the ingredients into a large bowl, grate the onion and mix together. Don't over mix though or the meatloaf will turn out tough and hard.
Put into your meatloaf pan or on your baking sheet and form into a loaf. Top with the remaining ketchup and spread all over then in the oven it goes for 45-55 minutes or until the center is no longer pink.
All done! Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes then cut into 4-5 big pieces. I like to toast the bread and spread with butter. And for your SuperBowl party you can cut into smaller pieces for the best meatloaf sliders!
