nice video but i once put my train at full speed and one of the carriges fley off and smacked the wall and broke it cost me £20
-
i dont run my trains at full speed mainly because i like to keep them at scale speed
-
Basically timed how long it took a pendolino to completely pass a given point in videos on here, and the model at full speed basically worked out the same time.
I know its not an exact science but as a rule of thumb thats not too bad
-
no i did not fast forward it....
and yes it does really go that fast without derailing
-
Nope, i added 30g of leadweights to the power car to help it gain a bit more traction and keep it on the rails a little better.

good way to bugger up your motor running it at top speed, i never run any of my models at full speed, only rarely, mainly to preserve the motor

i only run it full speed for this video to show thar it is fast and powerful even though its only got one motorized bogey, as ALOT of people were saying that the way its setup "it wouldn't be able to pull skin off rice pudding" running at full speed and in full 9 car consist proves them wrong

did that just look faster cause of who many cars there was you didn't notice who long it really took for it to go round the track

Don't understand exactly what your asking?! :S
But in comparison to video clips of the real version, its travelling at approximatly scale speed of 120MPH
