John Betjeman's Bristol and Bath. This short 5 minute film was shown at the Centenary Celebrations of Sir John Betjeman's life. It was held at St. Marys Redcliffe Church in Bristol.

Beautiful film, yes as a small boy I did indeed slide down that bit of rock, don't think they let you do that now.

Watched this three times straight off the bat, superb stuff, never seen this before, cleverly filmed and neatly put together. Betjeman was always one of the those truly rare people that used few words to express so much, I could sit and listen to his softly spoken thoughts all day.
