  • nora does the shrimp have to be medium size. because we only have mini shrimp. anyone know good and not to hard recipe for mini shrimp.?

  • Sure you can use mini shrimp. Just make sure to add in the shrimp last or cut the scallops in small pieces for even cooking.

  • You are welcome!

  • OMG, I live in Aurora

  • Love shrimp and scallops, think I'll try what you did maybe with some baby corn. Please be careful with those paper plates on a gas stove . . . not a good habit. I set stuff on my electric stove then turn on the wrong darn burner, won't say what all I've done but try harder not to get distracted. I chuckled when I saw the store garbage bags, I do that when I'm out of the big ones but should all the time.

  • My pleasure, thanks!

  • Hi Nora this is Nora in Virginia again. Thx for the recipe. My boyfriend loves scallops and I think I'll make this for his birthday in next month in Oct:)
