In a case like this there is only so much information you can gather without filing a complaint. You need to put in all counts you think you have a basis for based on the information you have available at the time of filing. Sounds to me that the counts stated in this video are good. It is possible for prejudice against a specific ethnic group to exist. One cannot make the assumption that no prejudice exists simply because the last two Miss California's were Black, and the current Miss California is Filipino. So, the reasoning presented in this Fox News story by Ms. Kelly and Ms. Pirro is a poor one. It's hard to believe that Ms. Pirro is a judge and Ms. Kelly has been entrusted to debate at all. Perhaps not so surprising since this is taking place on Fox News.
