This is why Leave It To Beaver is still remembered and loved, while few sitcoms since have stood the test of time. The entire series is coming out on DVD this summer and I can't wait! God bless you, Barbara!

What a marvelous, sharp and delightful lady. I've always read that until the 70's, actors were only paid for the first 5 reruns, and that residuals were not what they are now...so I'm unsure of her "millions", as someone noted. I think perhaps she also married well, or invested well.

She looks better than most 50 60 70 and 80 year olds out here. Money can keep you looking good and alive and trust me this woman dont have to worry about any financial problems. the onley thing she has to worry about is where she gonna put her next 100 million dollars load at.... Why because every time tv corporation play those reruns they have to pay her.... and damn it they been playing for 50 F*&^%%$# years,
