Shareholders in the government led East Africa Marine System fiber cable TEAMS, have until July 14 to pay the full amount for their shares. TEAMS chairman Michael Joseph says the two-week extension of the payment deadline is due to financial difficulties experienced by a few shareholders. Joseph however says 95 percent shareholding in TEAMS has already been paid for in full.
