The "Kill the Gays" Bill which is still pending in the Ugandan Parliament has fueled more sentiment against gay people in Uganda. Rallies were held worldwide in honor of Kato including one in San Francisco organized by Michael Petrelis of Gays Without Borders. Melanie Nathan of LezGetReal.com tells Raymond Donald Hong that Uganda's pending legislation of capitol punishment for LGBT persons will lead to genocide.
