I wanted an air cooled v-twin Harley but ended up buying this bike a year ago and I'm glad I did. The price/performance is the best.

I have a '07 Roadliner Midnight, with a "Power Commander" and a set of "Cobra Longs", I had Harleys , Triumphs, Nortons, BSAs, then all the Hot Rod Jap bikes, This is my first "Cruiser", in a long time, after riding my ZX-11 with upgrades for years, I was interested in something that could ride two up, still accelerate hard and stop quickly, after riding my son's '05 Fatboy, a 96" Electraglide Classic HD, a 2050 cc Kaw Vulcan, I rode the Roadliner, and bought it:-) It rocks!

What suit us he wearing? I need something to cover my dress pants when not wearing jeans to work.

@larasa007 Yeah right I want a bike that looks like you bolted some steel boxes to the side. As far as reliability and performance. I do not know where you get your information but Harley is not made by AMF anymore and they do not have the issues that they used to. Maybe you should stop in at a dealer and take a CVO for a ride. Not to mention they are Union made in the USA. I am proud to support a brother Union worker. I also drive a Ford, a Toyota and a Polaris all made Union proud right here

You kind of ignored the second part of my comment there. I don't care what anyone rides, I can't stand retarded brand loyalty idiots who feel the need to justify their choice in motorcycle by putting down any brand that isn't a goddamn Harley. Harley's are beautiful machines; Star's a beautiful machines; Honda's are beautiful machines, etc etc. If I had the means, I'd own a Street glide, a Road Star and a VTX.
Who cares what you ride, just ride.

Good for you. Each to their own. This is what America is about, choice sir, that's it, choice. Oh by the way, I'm a Teamster, and a Vietnam vet. I like Harley and I like Yamaha. I don't knock American, Asian, or European bikes. They all have their pros and cons, it's up to the individual's preference. I prefer Yamaha. Maybe you should do a little research, you will likely find that component on a Harley that was made in china, lol.

@StreetGlideBad103 maybe some people want reliability and power and not follow the crowd like lost sheep? I am not knocking HD. To me Ultra Classic Electra Glide is one of the most beautiful bikes i have ever seen, but you put that up against K 1600 GTL and it doesn't stand much of a chance in terms of power or reliability if you notice the bikes with the highest miles on them are Bmw.
