It's too bad Congress doesn't work only two weeks a year. We are getting to darn much "governing" as it is. We could save a lot of money on payrolls and pensions. I really, really don't see why laws have to change all the time. Can we go back to the 1970s laws and just leave them there? Congress was only meant to be a part time job, anyway.
