Volbeat =/= Metallica. Volbeat sounds nothing like Metallica. Both are outstanding bands, but they sound nothing alike. If anything his voice sounds like Elvis. Regardless. Volbeat has created Doo-Wop Metal and it's a beautiful, beautiful thing.

many people discuss their sounds and stuff i see, and compares to metallica. i like to say they mix alot of genres.. but what they do which is so awesome is the influence from 50/60`s rock/rockabilly with heavy music. what the hell, let`s just call it elvis metal :)
