Hydrogen is pushed by car manufacturers to try and survive the end of the oil age... they can't

The future is: [1] push-bikes [2] electric-rail [3] using telecoms & other lifestyle changes e.g. relocalization to completely eliminate car use & reduce need for transport.

Only NUCLEAR POWER can replace Hydrocarbons as an energy source.. in terms of pollution this is possibly "out of the frying pan, into the fire"

@CST1992 but the problem is solar cells right now is not that efficient..only about 20% of its efficiency is transformed into usable energy, the other 80% is heat from the solar panels from direct contact with the solar light.
