djokovic is incredible. i use to not like him but he really is amazing. his attacking ability is extraordinary but his defense is out of this world. i may even say it might even be better than nadals. nadal is able to have good defensive cuz his shots have heavy spin and dont always move through the air fast. but djokovic does not do that, and still has this nadal like defence

This was how djokovic should have played the Australian open 2012.Gaining control of a rally,pushing nadal far back behind the baseline then approaching the net,good luck to nadal in hitting a passing shot 15 feet behind the baseline.

I agree with you. This US Open final was the best Djokovic-Nadal slam final in terms of quality of tennis. The Australian Open 2012 was spectacular because of the drama involved and the physical and mental intenseness. But in terms of quality of tennis the 2011 US Open final was better.

Now looking forward to French Open 2012. See if Nadal can stay on top at clay or that he loses his dominance at clay. If both reach the final it could become a match for the ages.
