Their shoulders are not dislocated....if they were they wouldn't even be able to move them around like that especially from the shoulder and collar bone...

its all flexibility anyone can do this....depending on body type

I can do thath too, no hurting or dislocated shoulders needed. Just an awesome way to freak out everyone you know.
