the jumbotron was about 25 feet off diagonally from center ice. the rink was a couple dozen feet smaller in length and width. i admire the garden because of its notorious features.

Went to many Bruins games at the old Garden..very first game was Feb 26th 1980 vs the Minnesota North Stars

@tkkrupnikas i had the opportunity to meet it i walked past its hollowed walls went to the the souvenir shop bought a couple of stuff just to get robbed seven dollars and change the cashier denied he took the change so i asked to speak to the manager he came in i told him my story and i told him if your employee can come clean that he ripped off his customer i will pay for this book he did not come clean and i walked out with the book in my hand my only memory of the garden

I am sad I was only one when it got taken down. When I heard what it was like at a Bruins game frome my dad, I cried for like an hour.

I miss the Boston Garden...even though I didn't meet it.
