I just saw my post & my husband has a short attention span not spam. I'm such a dork!

My husband is a brittle diabetic with the shortest attention spam & zero patience, therefore I find it easier to just fix things myself. Thanks to your video I was able to take the agitator out & with $8 my washer runs like new again! Great instructions! I am woman, can u hear me roar?

I just read that 99%of the time repairmen don't use any grease but any silicone grease will work.

@GoColts8263 Silicone grease can be used as a substitute if dual action agitator grease is not easy to find. Although some repairmen might not use it, we do recommend it to keep your machine in optimal working order. Thanks for the tips!
