Does this synth have a sequencer, and does it have drum samples/drum PCM waveforms/anything that functions as drums?

the arp can be programmed per step like a sequencer. there is no PCM/ROM; all drums come from the synth engine.

I love your demos. I have an oppt'y to buy the rack version of this synth for $450. I think I'm already having seller's remorse from unloading a Roland SH-101 for $750, but the polyphony on this thing makes it hard to pass up. Any major differences between the rack and the keyboard versions, other than the missing keys?

the keyboard is faster to program of course, but otherwise they're the same

this synth sounds way better than the virus, even the Ultranova does, i tried it at a store a couple of days ago and it was absolutlely great, it has all features, it is integrated like the virus TI, it was only 4000 NIS (1000 - 1200 $) it it gave it all while the Virus TI is overpriced and over-rated.

if i knew about it before i spent a huge amount of cash on the virus ti2 which doesnt even come with a descent keyboard i would defently go for the supernova 2.

Pretty cool :)

Laser Harp sound is not perfect, but that's a serious basis for that sound. If I remember, the original patch (Elka Synthex "Ring Mod" patch) also uses ring mod on Osc2 (only).
