This is a song, one of many (about 50 running through the jukebox that is my head), that expresses me better than I could with my own words. I know it's cheesy, so just be thankful I resisted the temptation to join in as it would have butchered a beautiful song that still cannot do justice to its intended recipient. Ahh... but what does it matter as she has stopped taking my calls and now even her friends look away as I pass them in the streets? I once thought I had a companion in the diminishing world of romanticism, but it seems it was all 'just my imagination running away with me.' Ehh.. what can I say? "Everybody plays a fool, and I'm no exception to the rule." (Yeaah... that's the problem with cheese - it'll just keep on spinnin round until you take a good chunk out of it.)
