continuous line doesn't mean you can not pass others. it means you can not cross that line. Despite that I think it's too dangerous to overtake in this situation, too close to the cyclist if you don't cross the line.

@bonachioli You can do it, because it's not exactly overtaking but passing by which is legal even on continious line

where did u get your driver´s licence men?? don´t you know you can´t overtake bikes or cars when there is a continious line??
