My confidence is based on my results. If I have a hot chick and I'm happy with her my confidence is up. And what is strange girls approach me when I'm in a relationship and I'm happy. Notice I said when I'm in a relationship and happy with the one I'm with. Being in a unhappy relationship is worse than being single. But when I'm single like I am now I have a hard time finding a girl. And when I travel outside of the country my confidence with women is up. Can anyone explain this.

@davidgem good point! growing confidence out of nowhere? you actually do it by watching your posture, the tone of your voice, what you say, etc. In other terms, confidence is an ATTITUDE you train!
