I don't let people like Proud Japanese or Proud to be whatever get in my head im half Korean and i look all american so i "can't possibly be asian" well guess what i don't care. Cosplay is NOT just for asians it is for all people to be fun Asian people are just as good cosplayers as Americans and Vice-Versa. i don't think he she it whatever it is needs to be rasict about it. so just let that cow be racist and ignore it. :) btw This vid is awsome .

I'll be honest, it only really annoys me that Proud only uses examples that are KAWAII DESU kind of examples :I I've never seen him use an example of a male cosplayer (to which I know SO MANY good male cosplayers) or of a female crossplaying as a male. He's just using those examples to try and drown out our examples. Go on World Cosplay.com and search up some western flagged cosplayers. Seriously. Maybe I MYSELF am not much of a good cosplayer, but most Westerners are :)

Search "cute Asian couples" on YouTube. Asians tend to style their hair a lot and try all these different hairstyles.

I have probably no Asian blood in me, but my eyes and body shape/size is very much Asian for reasons unknown. I've gotten big into anime and Kpop this past year and a half and I'm learning Japanese as my second language. I'm slowly falling in love with the Asian cultures and I do plan on living there someday. Even though I'm not Asian by BLOOD I'm fairly certain I'm Asian by HEART. Which is really all that counts, right? <3

be proud of what has been made on this earth by the great minds that make Manga/Anime so people like u and me can enjoy it. yes there are people out there that are not beautiful and that don't match there cosplay.But everyone as lost site that these tales were ment to be told and shared. just thinck for one minute both Asian and Wester THIS WORLD IS NOT Perfect and were only human and if we like something we will try it and for both sides to hate is dum. I'm Japanese and I like this video. Racism is defined as the belief that one race is superior to another. Americans don't think they're better at it but for some reason these Orientals believe that they are superior making them the racists. Their arguments aren't even valid and I'm glad to see someone stand up to them. Their biggest argument is that the characters are "Asian". Pure blooded orientals have brown hair and brown eyes. The girls also don't get bigger than a B cup. 90% aren't Asian.

@miaow81 I am in no way complaining, like I wrote again and again I cosplay alot too, I am not against it!!!!!!!!!! But I am just saying for a bunch if people that "love" Japan you seem to be ignoring the fact that japanese are not liking the cosplay some of us wear. And seem to be hating on a japanese person just trying to explain something, just leave it I cant believe some of you actually made videos on this theme, do you guys really not have lifes???????
