Popeye vs. Anime

Hmm Floatin' babies...

I'm not too biased with either art form because there are definitely great Animes and bad ones as there are with American Cartoons.

But I would much prefer to be more influenced by American ideals of cartooning than Anime. There's more variation to the characters and their body types.
With the majority of Anime, it's pretty much the same template.
