@brookchelmo true! And the system of employment isn't fluid and many company just prefer new comers who are going to graduate. This creates terrible situation in recession terms.

well the percentage of unemployed is lower in Japan but the consequences are far more steep because you can't start at a company and leave for another unless the situation is perfect.
