  • I GUESS 36 hours of talk in congress is like saying, u talk to me, and i talk to you - what do we do now????

    nothing.

i love spending my money on them like this.

    YEAH RIGHT.

  • He also voted for the Defense Of Marriage act... look up the outing and the gay connection. How can he be a Republican and be against us?

  • i am from Singapore and i have learn that war is not about numbers or technology but logistic capacity. And wars are harder to fight nowadays because equipment and supplies are getting more expensive. Even opponents from third world countries can cost so much to deal with.

From here i conclude that World War 3 will never start simply because of rising cost and inflation. Therefore the North Korea and Iran threat is uncalled for.

  • Looks like you don't want to play the 'hypothetical game' but rather the hypocritical game. That's the problem with this country right there.

  • You really like to come to conclusions, don't you?

I really don't know what I would do if I didn't have people "over there" because I do. Sorry, I don't wanna play the hypothetical game with you.

I support the troops, I don't support the cause for which they are deployed.

  • So in other words you're selfish. Like most others, if you didn't have anyone over there at all, you wouldn't care as much. So you have no regards of any other people in the world, or your own fellow Americans.

Btw: I've been deployed to Iraq twice in the past four years, never had I held a doubt about what we're trying to accomplish.

  • "If you don't support the cause, why would you support the army."

I don't support the cause, I do support the army. Mostly because I have family in it. So, why don't you try to wrap your brain around that for a little while.

  • You just asked a question then answered it for yourself. Why don't you just have the conversation. You seem to know all the answers.

  • It's true, you can't. If you don't support the cause, why would you support the army. It's an all or nothing situation. We're always telling our kids never to give up, if we were to leave out of this right now, what message are we sending to them then?

  • The purpose of this was not to determine where you stood, but to bring it all down in a nutshell. Some peoples minds change, or their tune out of the situation and lose track of facts, this isn't about what you believe, but deciphering where your representatives have to say on the subject.
