Natural Hair: IC Fantasia Gel v. Herbal Essence Totally Twisted

I've discovered a love for IC Fantasia Gel, lucky for me it is right before I've decided to go no cones, but I forgot that I was supposed to try the Herbal Essence Totally Twisted Scrunching Gel one more time before I gave up on it., so figured I'd try both "cone" gels before I say goodbye to them AND just to show women with similar hair how these products work. So here's my hair with an IC wash and go and an Herbal Essence wash and go. Special thanks to my hair twin WhoGodSaysIAm because watching your video on IC Fantasia was the only reason I reached in the back of my closet to try it again:)

what is "cones"?

Forms of silicone used in hair products. They basically provide slip and give sort of a protective shield on your hair shaft, If you used to much of it too often, without clarifying, it can block moisture from getting in your hair. When you look at the ingredients of your hair products all the things that end in "cone" are what I'm talking about.

Your hair does look FABULOUS? Where did u get the vegetable glycerin? How do you apply it to your hair.....like grease? Also is it regular coconut butter u use? And how often do you do this? I am late in the game and now discovering the right hair products to use, but my hair feels soft , but it looks dry.

I use the Garnier Fructis curl scrunch gel, & it works well for me. I haven't experienced any hardness or stickyness
